Glycon Glukwn Triton


Glycon is the son of King Nerayus. He was imprisoned when the Shark Men invaded Neryopolis. In The Hidden Truth, he is waiting in his cell to take part in the "games" - gondola battles arranged by the Shark Men - when Telemachus is thrown into the cell with him. Together they plan their escape, which they put into effect during the games the following day. Having entertained the Shark Men with some jousting from their gondolas, Glycon and Telemachus dive into the water and swim away.

Glycon and Telemachus set about finding the locket-control office, where the Shark Men control the people of Neryopolis using devices attached to their chests which rob them of their free will. On the way they run into Ulysses and Nerayus. After a battle with a small garrison of Shark Men the four of them enter the locket-control office and destroy the central circuit.

With the people of Neryopolis freed from the Shark Men's control they rise up against the Shark Men, ending their occupation of Neryopolis.
