The Sirens ai SirhneV Les sirénes

The Sirens are the beautiful, but deadly, sea dwellers of the planet Cirina. When a spacecraft passes through the Solar System of the Black Sun the Sirens launch a stone coffin into space on a path that crosses the spacecraft's trajectory. Inside the coffin is a spaceman holding a map of the planet Cirina. The map claims to point the way to the most sought-after treasure of all: the complete map of Olympus.
Travellers, lured to the planet by the promise of such a reward, set sail across the Cirina ocean to the Sirens' island. No sooner have they set sail then the Sirens call out to the travellers in an enchanted voice so sweet that the traveller is irresistibly drawn to their singing and is never seen again.
In Song of Danger Ulysses, while travelling through the Solar System of the Black Sun, encounters just such a coffin. He journeys to Cirina and, after being coerced into doing so by a band of pirates who are also after the map, sets sail across the Cirina ocean to the Sirens' island where, according to the map in the coffin, the treasure lies.
As with the other travellers who have sailed the Cirina ocean in a quest for the treasure the Sirens call to Ulysses and he, too, falls under their spell. Whatever plans the Sirens had for Ulysses are thwarted by Telemachus and Yumi who, having blocked their ears to protect them from the Sirens' song, sail safely to the island and rescue Ulysses.
