Ulysses 31 merchandise is very difficult to get hold of - at least in the UK.
Around 1989 RCA Columbia released the first sixteen episodes on eight PAL VHS
tapes. In 1991 they re-released the first twelve episodes on six
tapes as part of the Hollywood Children's collection:

The series was very successful in its
native France as one might expect. The entire series
is now available in French on nine beautifully-illustrated
VHS video cassettes, in both PAL and SECAM formats:
In 1985 Ward Lock in the UK published a book under licence from BBC Enterprises Limited, ISBN: 0-7063-6387-6. This 96-page book tells three stories: Vengeance of the Gods, Song of Danger and Strange Meeting.
Hot in from the US is a View-Master 3D reel containing
21 pictures from the episode The Lost Planet. The catalogue number
is D 198-123 E and it is number 49 from the series
TV and Movie. It is manufactured by:
View-Master International Group Inc., Portland, Oregon.
If you are in France you might be lucky enough to find die-cast models from the series.
These are made by a company called Popy whose address does not
appear on the packaging. The boxes also have the logo BANDAI ITALIA
if that helps. There are five to collect:
